About Skovik
Skovik is an expense management solution for medium-sized and large organisations. Our customer base spans all continents, but we have so far mostly focused on the Nordics and DACH regions. Customers include Klarna, Dustin, GlobalConnect, and EasyPark.
We think that the key to success is to make our customers happy, and we’re really good at that. So good that we’ve never raised money, we only exist because we’re great at pleasing customers. As VP of Sales, your job is to help us please more customers, or put differently—to increase company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting. You should be well adept at identifying and hiring great sales talent.
- Making the sales team successful. Have the team work as effectively and efficiently as possible through coaching, managing pipeline reviews, and offering motivation. Backfill to close deals when necessary.
- Work out sales tactics. Develop pitch scripts, do segmenting, co-ordinate with marketing, etc.
- Selling. Take charge of closing major deals.

- You are accustomed to handling ACVs ranging from 10-100K EUR or more.
- You have experience selling complex software solutions.

- You love to compete.
- If you speak German, that’s a plus.
